The candidates will be assessed through multiple assessment methods depending on the job requirements, the number of participants, and the expected duration, among others: Psychotest, Personality Inventory, Structured Interview, Presentation, Role Play, In Tray Exercise, Group Discussion, and Case Study. The assessment reports will be written on down-to-earth languange and will be submitted to your company no more than 10 working days since the date of the assessment is completed.
